3i IMPLANT INNOVATIONS

As an extension of their existing dental implant facility, 3i hired Collins Development Company to manage the design, permitting, and construction phases of a 50,000 SF addition to accommodate the company’s thriving business needs.

 

FLORIDA RESEARCH PARK (3L & 53L)

Palm Beach County, FL

159,690 SF

A three-office light industrial project in Florida Research Park formerly known as the Palm Beach Park of Commerce. The projects are comprised of two parcels: Lot 3L, which houses a 46,914 SF facility; and Lot 53L, which consists of twin 56,388 SF buildings.

GREATER YAMAHA OF THE PALM BEACHES

West Palm Beach, FL

38,000 SF

This adaptive re-use project included a 38,000 SF showroom and sales center.

 

As Greater Yamaha’s representative, Collins Development Company utilized their resources to spearhead all aspects of the project, including site acquisition, due diligence, design, governmental approvals, and construction. Elaborate issues regarding drainage, zoning, and traffic arose; however, CDC was able to overcome these hurdles through careful research, negotiation and planning. In effect, this saved the client time, money and frustration throughout the two-year process. 

ALLOY CLADDING COMPANY

Jupiter, FL

32,000 SF

Collins Development Company spearheaded all phases of this 32,000 SF facility for Alloy Cladding located in the Florida Research Park. Alloy’s Cladding’s facility includes industrial, administrative office and warehouse components.

BARON SIGN MANUFACTURING HEADQUARTERS

Riviera Beach, FL

42,000 SF

A total of 42,000 SF, the project includes 34,000 SF of manufacturing space and 8,000 SF of administrative space. Baron Sign Manufacturing outgrew its former facility and constructed a new headquarters to compensate for the company's thriving business and allow for future growth.

The Collins Development team spearheaded the project including site selection, feasibility studies, qualification of design professionals, permitting, design, and construction management. We performed contractor interviews, reviews and provided ongoing oversight.

The Professional Flight Training Headquarters includes approximately 10,000 SF of office space, a 20,000 SF hangar and airplane tie-down.

Collins Development Company directed all phases of development for their new headquarters, including approvals processing, programming, design, permitting and construction.

MONEY CONCEPTS INTERNATIONAL

Located in the Mirasol Retail Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, the Money Concepts International World Headquarters consists of a 20,000 SF, two-story Class-A building.

 

The building houses a state-of-the-art boardroom, which includes a fully automated conferencing center that enables the user to adapt the room from a high-tech conference room to interactive, classroom-style seating, complete with individual network data ports. Additional features included specialized office, administrative, and support space.
