WATERFRONT, MIXED-USE & HOSPITALITY
PELICAN CLUB
Jupiter, FL
27,000 SF
Originally the location of a well-known waterfront restaurant for decades, this property and structure is located within the Jupiter Inlet Village CRA District and was prime for adaptive re-use and complete redevelopment.
The Collins Development team led the charge for this 22,000 SF facility including 5,000 SF deck transformation, maintaining the building's envelope to retain its development rights but giving a completely new "old Florida" look, and a full overhaul of the interiors to create what is now known as the preeminent dining and event destination in northern Palm Beach County.
LOVE STREET
Jupiter, FL
23,000 SF
Located on +/- 2.0 acres of prime northern Palm Beach County waterfront, the “Love Street Project” lies within the Jupiter Inlet Village CRA District and is approved for 23,000 SF including two waterfront restaurants, three retail/office buildings, and a 13 slip marina for transient vessels as well as commercial fishermen.
Collins Development Company spearheaded the efforts to create a unique dining destination in the Jupiter Inlet Village. Our team worked to attain the development rights and approvals, through design, permitting, and construction. CDC is also instrumental in the creation and implementation of the business plans for the project.
1000 NORTH
Jupiter, FL
9,860 SF
Collins Development Company managed the development and construction of this 9,860 SF waterfront restaurant, inclusive of a private dining room, members' only club, and outdoor seating area with alfresco patio and gazebo bar overlooking the water.
Getting this constructed concurrently with the construction of the "shell" building (tenant occupied) was an added challenge, one of which Collins' team skillfully managed. These are the types of projects perfectly suited for the CDC team. As an owners representative we manage the work flow while eliminating bottlenecks.
