As owner’s representatives, we serve as the single source of responsibility through comprehensive, turn-key project management throughout each project’s unique life-cycle. The CDC team spearheads every aspect of a project – from site/facility selection, feasibility analysis, financial analysis, and site/building acquisition through land entitlements, design and construction.

Our owners’ representation team mitigates risk through assembling the best team for the project from legal counsel, designers/architects, to contractors and end-users; by hands-on management of that team and all phases throughout the development process; and by evaluating all aspects from the perspective of the owner. The CDC team always balances the risk/reward trade offs with the goals, objectives and proforma for the project, and looking for value engineering opportunities.
We are an agent of the owner, an extension of their staff and serve as a proven valuable add-on to the traditional building construction team by consistently delivering projects on-time and under-budget.
