The Love Street Development is a vibrant mixed-use waterfront destination encompassing approximately 23,000 square feet of restaurant, retail, and office space on 2.0± acres at 1116 Love Street in Jupiter, Florida. Designed to celebrate the area's coastal character, the development features two waterfront restaurants, a rooftop dining destination and a seafood market totaling approximately 12,900 square feet and is also approved for the future development of three retail and office buildings, all creating an engaging pedestrian-friendly environment.
The project incorporates expansive public gathering spaces, landscaped green areas, and inviting waterfront amenities that enhance the visitor experience while preserving the unique charm of the Jupiter Inlet. DeSano Pizzeria Napoletana
North Palm Beach
DeSano Pizzeria Napoletana is an authentic Neapolitan restaurant located at 635 U.S. Highway 1 in North Palm Beach. The project transformed a newly constructed 6,000-square-foot commercial building into a vibrant dining destination featuring a custom wood-fired pizza oven imported from Italy, an open-concept kitchen, indoor and outdoor seating, a full-service bar, and contemporary architectural finishes that reflect the brand's Italian heritage. The tenant build-out was carefully designed to create an inviting atmosphere while supporting efficient restaurant operations.
Serving as the Owner's Representative, Collins Development managed the project through design coordination, permitting, municipal approvals, tenant improvements, and construction administration. Working closely with the ownership team, design professionals, and the Village of North Palm Beach, Collins Development successfully guided the restaurant from entitlement modifications through completion, delivering a high-quality dining experience that has become a prominent addition to the Village Place mixed-use development.
Hatch Brunch
Fort Lauderdale
Hatch Brunch is a vibrant restaurant tenant build-out located within the Quantum Flagler Village mixed-use development in Fort Lauderdale. The project transformed approximately 4,800 square feet of commercial space into a contemporary dining destination featuring an open-concept kitchen, full-service bar, indoor and outdoor seating, custom finishes, and modern architectural elements that reflect the restaurant's energetic brand and welcoming atmosphere. The build-out was carefully designed to create an engaging guest experience while supporting efficient restaurant operations.
Serving as the Owner's Representative, Collins Development managed the project through design coordination, budgeting, permitting, municipal approvals, tenant improvements, and construction administration. By working closely with the ownership team, architects, contractors, and the City of Fort Lauderdale, Collins Development successfully delivered a high-quality hospitality project that has become a popular addition to the growing Flagler Village neighborhood
