Situated on a 0.6-acre site, the project includes exterior architectural enhancements to the fueling canopy and convenience store, a complete interior reconstruction of the 2,465-square-foot convenience store, updated site circulation, landscaping, parking improvements, and signage upgrades. The redevelopment modernized the facility while improving functionality, customer experience, and long-term operational efficiency.

 

Serving as the Owner's Representative, Collins Development managed the project through planning, budgeting, design coordination, permitting, GC selection, and construction. Working within the Town of Jupiter's Indiantown Road Overlay District, the team successfully navigated redevelopment of an existing nonconforming site while delivering a contemporary commercial facility that complements the surrounding corridor and enhances one of Jupiter's busiest intersections.

Chevron Gas Station

3 N Alt A1A, Jupiter, Florida

 

The Chevron Gas Station at 3 N. Alternate A1A is a redevelopment project designed to enhance an existing fueling station and convenience store through the addition of a modern 1,653-square-foot express car wash and comprehensive site improvements. Situated on a 0.92-acre property, the project modernizes the facility while improving customer convenience, traffic circulation, landscaping, pedestrian connectivity, and the overall appearance of one of Jupiter's key commercial corridors.

 

Serving as the Owner's Representative, Collins Development guides the project through pre-development, budgeting, design coordination, permitting, governmental approvals, GC selection, and construction. Working within the Town of Jupiter's Indiantown Road Overlay District, the project successfully balanced operational efficiency with high-quality architectural and site design, creating an updated commercial destination that complements the surrounding community and supports the continued revitalization of the corridor.

Cypress Creek Retail Renovation

3095 NW 62nd Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida

 

The Cypress Creek retail renovation involved the comprehensive replacement of the existing commercial roofing system at an office building within Fort Lauderdale's Cypress Creek Business District. The project was carefully planned and executed to improve the building's long-term performance, weather resistance, and energy efficiency while protecting ongoing tenant operations throughout construction.

 

Serving as the Owner's Representative, Collins Development oversaw all phases of the project, including condition assessment, budgeting, contractor procurement, permitting, construction oversight, tenant coordination and quality assurance. Through proactive coordination and diligent project management, the renovation was completed efficiently with minimal disruption to existing tenants, extending the service life of the building and protecting the owner's long-term investment.

Hillsboro Marathon Car Wash

299 W Hillsboro Blvd, Deerfield Beach, Florida

 

The Car Wash Demolition & Redevelopment project at the intersection of West Hillsboro Boulevard and Interstate 95 transformed an aging commercial property through the demolition of an obsolete car wash facility and the construction of a modern fueling station and convenience store. Situated on an approximately 0.70-acre site, the redevelopment maximized the property's functionality while improving traffic circulation, customer access, landscaping, and the overall appearance of one of Deerfield Beach's primary commercial corridors.

 

Serving as the Owner's Representative, Collins Development guided the project through due diligence, pre-development, budgeting, design coordination, demolition, permitting, governmental approvals, GC selection, and construction. Shell Fueling Station

6900 Okeechobee Road, Fort Pierce, Florida

The Shell redevelopment consists of the entitlement, permitting, and redevelopment of an existing gas station and convenience store into a modern retail fueling destination. The project includes the complete demolition of the existing fuel facility and convenience store, followed by the construction of a new 6,000-square-foot convenience store with upgraded fueling facilities, enhanced site circulation, modern architectural design, and improved customer amenities.

 

Serving as the Owner's Representative, Collins Development has guided the project through due diligence, site planning, entitlement approvals, design coordination, budgeting, permitting, and governmental approvals. The redevelopment has successfully secured the necessary development approvals and is construction-ready, with work anticipated to commence upon final scheduling and mobilization.
